By accessing the KubeTitan website or using KubeTitan software, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must have authority to accept these terms on behalf of yourself or your organization. You are responsible for account credentials and activities under your account.

3. License and commercial use

KubeTitan is distributed under a dual-license model. Source code is available for inspection and contribution under repository license terms, while commercial and organizational use after the 30-day trial requires a paid license.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the services, including by attempting to:

• access systems without authorization;
• disrupt service integrity or availability;
• use the service in violation of applicable law.

5. Service changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as part of normal product evolution. Material changes to legal terms will be reflected by updating this page.

6. Warranty disclaimer and liability

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

7. Governing terms and precedence

Additional commercial terms (including subscription and support terms) may apply under a separate order form or enterprise agreement. If these Terms conflict with a signed order form, MSA, or enterprise agreement, the signed agreement takes precedence.
